  • Create the upper-level ontology classes for your diabetes ontology
    • Diagnosis
    • History and investigations
    • Outcome measures
    • Process of care
    • Risk factors
    • Symptoms
    • Therapy
  • Add a maximum of three sub classes to each upper level classes
  • Add meta-data to the diabetes ontology
